VASSAR COLLEGE POOL - From main gate (on Raymond Avenue) go straight towards main building. Turn RIGHT at the first stop sign. Continue to another stop sign. Follow the road as it bears slightly around to the left. Turn RIGHT at the next stop sign. Continue down hill, over the bridge and up the hill. The pool is in Walker Field House, the gray wood building in front. Parking is available in the lot.

NEW WINDSOR/UNION AVE POOL- 565 Union Ave New Windsor NY. 9W or 9D or 9 to 84 west, exit 7B Rte 300S, left at exit onto Rte 300S, take till end then left onto Rte 207E/300S. At second light take a left onto Union Ave. Union Ave Y is on your left.

Nassau County Aquatic Center - Eisenhower Park, East Meadows NY -

FROM VERRAZANO NARROWS BRIDGE AND KENNEDY AIRPORT:
Follow signs to Belt Parkway/Long Island East. Take Belt Parkway eastbound past Kennedy
Airport - after Kennedy Airport stay in the left lane and look for signs to Southern State Pkwy
East.
Take So. State Pkwy East to Meadowbrook Pkwy (northbound) to NY-24 Hempstead
Turnpike East. On Hempstead Turnpike go to the left lane and make a left at the first light
(Merrick Ave.) At the first light on Merrick Ave. Make a right turn into the Parking lot for the
Pool.
FROM WHITESTONE AND THROGS NECK BRIDGES:
Take Cross Island Parkway South to Exit 29, Grand Central Parkway eastbound. Follow
Grand Central Pkwy to Meadowbrook Pkwy southbound (Jones Beach). Get off
Meadowbrook Pkwy at NY-24 East, Hempstead Tpke.. For pool see directions above.

A: Taconic Parkway South to Sprain South to Bronx River Parkway South. After Cross County
Parkway exits, take the Second Bronx River Road Exit. Make a right onto Bronx River Road and
the immediate left onto Wakefield Avenue. Go approximately 5 blocks. Pool entrance is at the
corner of Wakefield Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue.

Newburgh Free Academy - 201 Fullerton Avenue Newburgh NY -From 84E: Exit 10, right onto 9W South (Robinson Ave.), right on South St. NFA will be on your right.
From 84W: Exit 10, bear right off the ramp, right onto 9W South (Robinson Ave.), right on South St. NFA
will be on your right.

Washingtonville High School Pool - 54 west Main Street, Washingtonville NY - Take 84 west across the Newburgh/Beacon Bridge. Take exit 5A for Stewart Airport. At the end of the exit ramp, you turn left on 747 (International Drive) drive  pass Stewart Airport until you come to " T" (traffic light) and turn right onto 207, go about 1/2 mile and then turn left onto Toleman Rd.  Make a left onto Toleman and follow it into Washingtonville. At the end of the road make a right. Go past the Library, Burger King and the Middle School on the right. The High School is on the right. Pull into the bus garage and go up the hill. The pool entrance is at the top of the hill.

From the Tappan Zee Bridge: Take the NYS Thruway (I-87 North) to Exit 13N (Palisades Interstate Parkway – North). Take Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 10. Make a right off the exit onto Germonds Road…

…follow Germonds Road through the intersection of Germonds Road and Route 304 (you will pass Albertus Magnus High School on your right). Make a left onto Parrott Road. The entrance for the pool is down the walkway at the end of the tennis courts.

From Route 84 take Exit 3W to Route 17M Middletown. From Route 17M turn left
on Route 6. Follow Route 6 for four miles through Slate Hill. The Minisink
Valley CSD is just past Slate Hill on your left.

Cornwall High School - 10 Dragon Drive, New Windsor, NY

Via Route 84 (West or East Bound) - Take Exit 7S (Route 300 South / Union Ave South / I-87 /Thruway) At end of ramp turn right onto Route 300 South. You'll be on Route 300 South for 4.6 miles. Go straight on Route 300 South until the road ends at an intersection and a traffic light (approx 2 miles). Turn Left which continues Route 300 South (approx 2 miles). Stay on the main road (after several hundred feet it bends to the right). Just after you pass Blockbuster Videos on the left, there is a five-way intersection with a stop light. At the intersection turn right onto Route 94 West. Go 1.1 miles to the intersection of Mount Airy Road (the road sign is on the right). Turn left into Cornwall Central High School.

Take New York State Thruway (I-87) to exit 17 (Newburgh). Get off at exit 17
and proceed through toll booths to route 17K. Turn right at end of Thruway
ramp onto route 17K west. Once on 17K, proceed about 6 miles to Valley
Central High School on the left. (1175 RT-17K Montgomery, NY 12549).

From East/West
Take I-84 to exit 5 (Maybrook). Get off at exit 5 and turn onto route 208
north. Proceed about 1.2 miles and turn left onto Route 17K West. Once on
17K, proceed about 1.0 mile to Valley Central High School on the left.
(1175 RT-17K Montgomery, NY 12549).

SUNY New Paltz:
From Mid Hudson Bridge turn right onto Route 9W north. Proceed 2 3/4 miles
to traffic light at intersection with Route 299. Turn left onto 299 and
proceed approximately six miles to New Paltz. Turn left onto South Manheim
Boulevard (Rt. 32 South). Continue on Route 32 South to Southside Loop.
Turn right onto Southside Loop and continue through the first stop sign to
the end. Turn right onto South Rd. Pass the Athletic and Wellness Center
on your left and turn left at the stop sign. Parking will be on the right.
Enter through the main entrance of the Athletic and Wellness Center.
